General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Below you will find our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for various business areas to download. We would like to point out that these are an integral part of all contracts that we conclude with our customers and suppliers. They shall also apply to all future business relations with Theodor Stadtmann GmbH & Co. KG, even if they are not separately agreed again. Individual agreements made with customers or suppliers in individual cases (including ancillary agreements, supplements and amendments) shall in all cases take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions. A written contract or our written confirmation shall be authoritative for the content of such agreements.
